Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes into a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more. Dissolve up to 8 lbs of magnesium flakes in a full tub bath for intense applications. Temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb. Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.

Ancient Minerals bath flakes are the dry flakes of magnesium chloride and other naturally-occurring trace minerals in a convenient and economical form for utilization in baths and foot soaks. Some individuals with sensitive skin may prefer this method of application to the more concentrated Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil.

Simply dissolve 1-3 cups or more of the magnesium flakes into a warm, but not hot, footbath or tub bath, and soak for 30 minutes or more.
